Tesuji is the result of a long standing musical friendship between Eddy ALBERT and Julien DELACROIX.
The two musicians met in 2004 and formed the progressive Metal band Time Capsule. After recording Love Addict (5-track EP), they went their separate ways due to professional commitments.
In 2007, they reunited and formed Tesuji, a progressive Rock band, joined by Julien FRACQUE. This new lineup marked a shift towards a more Rock-oriented, progressive sound, yet also quieter and more introspective. In 2010, the band recorded Time (5-track EP), which received acclaim from the specialised press.
Soon afterwards, Julien FRACQUE left the band, and the remaining duo began writing their debut album Mirage.
Mirage is the culmination of a decade of passionate work.
Mixing original melodies, captivating atmospheres, and sophisticated orchestrations, the musicians explore various influences, occasionally drawing from Metal, Jazz, or Folk.
With its sober and crystal clear production, Mirage promises a fascinating musical journey for all progressive rock enthusiasts.
